Job Description
- Operating Tractors and Equipment:Driving tractors for various tasks like planting cultivating harvesting and land preparation.
- Equipment Maintenance:Conducting routine checks performing minor repairs and ensuring all machinery is in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance:Adhering to all safety regulations and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Field Monitoring:Observing crop conditions and reporting any issues to farm management.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage maintenance and field operations.
- Collaboration:Working with other team members to coordinate work schedules and task assignments.
- Additional Duties:May include tasks like applying fertilizers operating specialized equipment or assisting with training new operators.
Requirements
- Physical Stamina:The job requires the ability to stand for long periods lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Technical Skills:Familiarity with operating tractors and other farm machinery is essential.
- Safety Awareness:A strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to operate machinery safely.
- Communication Skills:Effective communication with farm management and other team members is crucial.

Benefits
