We are seeking an organized energetic and people-oriented Office Manager to manage daily operations and enhance the workplace experience in our Israel office. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive efficient and welcoming office environment that aligns with Payoneers global standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver fast learner and strong communicator who excels in multitasking building relationships and taking ownership. Youll be sitting at the front desk and ensuring a positive atmosphere and employee satisfaction.
What youll do:
- Manage the day-to-day office routines including office inventory food orders office supplies and maintenance.
- Be the first point of contact for managers and employees on all office needs including maintenance mailing shipping and office supplies.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and internal processes
- Welcome new employees and manage recognition (kits birthdays milestones)
- Plan and execute in-house and off-site events team activities including vendors and budgets
- Support company welfare activities.
- Oversee food orders and catering for the cafeteria ensuring quality variety and employee satisfaction.
- Welcome new employees and manage life-cycle recognition (e.g. welcome kits birthday or milestone gifts).

- 3 years of experience in office administration facilities management or a related field preferably in a global or fast-paced company.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating initiative and assertiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
