Be a Driving Force Behind People Purpose and Performance. Are you a strategic HR leader ready to help shape the future of our workforce MSF Canada is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Manager People Operations to lead the evolution of our People strategy culture and systems.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources this role is central to building a high-performing inclusive and resilient organization. Youll oversee the full employee lifecycleintegrating talent well-being culture and organizational effectivenessthrough progressive HR practices grounded in humanity integrity and results.
In this role you will:
- Lead HR strategy and operations across Canada from recruitment to retention performance to HR policy
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals and values
- Champion a workplace culture that is inclusive supportive and mission-driven
- Guide and develop a high-performing People team
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation in Ontario and Quebec
- Drive innovation in HR processes using data and project management tools

You bring:
- Broad experience across People/HR functions including talent acquisition policy compliance and organizational design
- Proven leadership of diverse high-impact teams
- Deep knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align people strategies to organizational outcomes
- Advanced Excel and data fluency and a working knowledge of project management tools
- Bilingualism in French is highly beneficial
