Training & Relationship Manager Strategic Accounts
Training & Relationship Manager
Both roles include interstate travel from time to time.
As a Training & Relationship Manager youll play a part in our clients success and work closely with our Distribution Manager to focus on supporting and training Advisers and Administrators on the Netwealth platform and products.
This is more than a training role its about building confidence trust and long-term partnerships. From onboarding to first application youll ensure every advisers experience with Netwealth is seamless rewarding and impactful.
What Youll Do
Be the go-to expert for training and development across existing and pipeline clients
Deliver engaging high-impact training sessions that bring our platform to life
Support advisers in understanding and using Netwealths products to grow their business
Partner with dealerships to secure and expand their engagement with Netwealth
Support the sales process for new accounts with enthusiasm
Support our Strategic Accounts including:
- High Net Worth (HNW) Private Wealth firms
- Private Banks
- Charities and Not-for-Profits (NFPs)
- Family Office clients
About you
If you have 3 years of experience working with investment financial or superannuation platforms along with private wealth expertise and RG146 accreditation you could be a great fit for this role.
Youll have the opportunity to showcase your premium client service skills while working closely with High Net Worth clients and wealth professionals. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement will be key as you support our Sales & Distribution team.
Were looking for someone who is self-motivated highly organised and excels at managing their time effectively. Being a collaborative agile team player is essential.
