What Youll Do:
Finance Business Enablement with focus on automation and simplification through processes systems and tools.
About The Role:
- FP&A: Ensure our close and forecast rhythms financials are accounted for accurately in our systems and tools
- Process Improvement: Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Management: Plan execute and deliver on key business projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including sales marketing operations and product development to support overall business goals and ensure alignment with FP&A.
- Change Management: Ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience within the cloud or technology sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of business enablement strategies and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

The base salary range for this role is $108000 to $143000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
