Since the 1950s Victaulic has been providing ground-breaking fire protection products and system solutions for challenges faced by engineers contractors property managers and fire marshals. The noise level is such that earplugs must be worn at all times. Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times (ex. hard hat safety glasses ear plugs and steel toe shoes). Safety equipment is provided by the Company with exception of steel toe shoes which must be provided by employee upon the first day of employment.
Shift times are subject to change. Employees must be willing to work 10 hours in one shift. Refusal to work as needed is considered a voluntary quit.
Overtime: Employees must be willing and available to work overtime on a on-going basis if needed. Refusal to work mandatory overtime is considered a voluntary quit. Overtime will paid for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week.
