We are looking for a Workplace & M365 Tech Lead to join our GFIT team in India.

This role offers a candidate the opportunity to lead and manage modern workplace technologies in a global company. He/she will work hands-on with Intune Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions while overseeing the resolution of endpoint-related incidents and requests. The position combines technical expertise team guidance and collaboration across departments to enhance how thousands of employees work every day. Its perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems mentoring others and making a real impact.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Support the teams transition from SCCM to Intune by ensuring policy implementation and device compliance with a cloud-first innovative approach. Own related projects and ongoing Intune management to maintain compliance security performance and a smooth user experience.
• Incident & Request Management: Oversee and prioritize Level 2 endpoint and Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests driving timely resolutions to reduce disruption and ensure continuous business operations.
• Microsoft 365 Services Management: Focus on supporting optimizing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and services promoting a cloud-first approach to boost productivity and collaboration across the organization.
• Collaboration & Training Leadership: Drive collaboration across Workplace Services CoE and security teams to align on Microsoft 365 and endpoint management strategies. Lead training initiatives develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure team readiness to support adoption and improve the overall user experience.
• Process Improvement & Change Management: Drive ongoing automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. Actively participate in change management to ensure smooth updates and minimize impact on users.

To succeed in this role you will need:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership problem-solving and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Adaptability time management critical thinking and emotional intelligence are key to navigating challenges and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelors in Science with 12 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring endpoint management teams in large organizations.
• Expertise in SCCM and Intune architecture deployment and lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to design and implement cloud-first modern device management strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 services Azure AD and identity/security frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with incident and change management in enterprise environments.
• Skilled in process improvement automation and adopting ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing for endpoint management and cloud solutions is required.
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or other relevant Microsoft certifications for training and knowledge sharing is a plus.
