Job Description
At Penbridge School we believe in creating a nurturing safe and stimulating environment where both pupils and staff feel valued and empowered. You will be joining a forward thinking team committed to inclusion development and outstanding learning experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support to pupils under the direction of the Classroom Teacher
- Coach and support pupils learning by supervising and assisting them in1:1 sessions and small groups
- Help pupils engage across a variety oflearning activities and interventions
- Work collaborativelywith staff to ensure pupils have access to the resources they need to succeed
- Participate in the Walking Bus between school sites as and when required
About You:
- Aconfident communicatorwith strong written and verbal skills
- Educated to aminimum Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Highly motivated energetic and reflectivewith a passion for helping pupils and building positive relationships with both students and parents/carers
