Job Description
Essential Functions:
Strong organizational interpersonal and planning skills with proven leadership ability
Understanding of electrical and instrumentation construction and workflow processes
Physical requirements may include bending climbing crawling lifting and occasional shift work
Flexibility to take on additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret electrical & instrumentation drawings and P&IDs
Experience preparing and reviewing test/work packages for field issuance
5 years experience in E&I package planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint OneNote Outlook) SAP Primavera P6 Adobe
5 years of electrical journey-level maintenance or E&I maintenance planning experience
Experience in industrial maintenance/engineering related to outages motors (LV & HV) heaters power distribution and general preventive maintenance
Working knowledge of instrumentation devices (Flow Level Pressure Temperature)
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and manage detailed shutdown and daily maintenance work including materials procurement
Lead outage scope planning and execution phases
Organize and expedite material orders pricing and parts availability
Develop scopes for assigned work orders and coordinate support disciplines
Build detailed P6 plans for each work order including tasks manpower durations and discipline assignments
Provide daily schedule updates during execution
Create job planning packages with P&IDs BOMs photos tools procedures QC standards etc.
Support the Management of Change (MOC) process ensuring timely documentation and resolution
Maintain communication with crafts contractors and vendors
Promote and enforce high standards of housekeeping across job sites
Complete close-out and documentation requirements per company standards
