Easterseals PORT Healths mission is to improve the lives health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a compassionate caring and dedicated Independent Practitioner to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team in Greenville NC.
What Youll Do
As a IP/Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialistin our Outpatient clinic you will utilize screenings evaluations and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs). The PCPs will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. The Independent Practitioner may provide services to individuals and groups to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process as well as referrals to other services for individuals addicted to opiates. Responsible for a MAT caseload patients receiving medication assisted therapy.
How Youll Benefit
Youll earn a competitive salary between $49000 and $53000 depending on skills and experience. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with evening flexibility depending on program and client needs. This position is on-site and collaborates on our medication assistance team. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.
