Duties
Are you Wilders next mental health provider Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team at Wilder in providing clinical service delivery that supports our communitys mental wellness critical to Wilders mission of improving lives today and for generations to come!
Under direction of the Rehabilitative Services Clinical Manager the Peer Support Services Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision as well as program and project leadership to the Peer Support line of service and its staff. This role is responsible for providing clinical leadership and day-to-day oversight of client services provided by Peer Support Specialist staff which include treatment plan goal setting teaching of skills and personal and/or family advocacy and community resource sharing. The position may include occasional direct care or interaction with clients to support the Peer Support Services team and to help support the service areas needs when necessary. Other primary accountabilities include recruitment and hiring providing supervision and training to unlicensed staff non-clinical staff staff working towards licensure within their role clinical trainees and occasionally volunteers. The position will also complete service area assessments process and assign client referrals and waitlist management and participate in leadership meetings. The position will ensure adherence to the teams service and productivity expectations and compliance to regulatory expectations. The position will gain awareness of industry standards and adapt and develop the service line as appropriate. The Clinical Supervisor will assist the Clinical Manager with program development budget management encouraging application of best practices and community resource and collaboration development. This role will involve ongoing evaluation of program and operational needs and monitoring of program outcomes data and reporting.
Clients and families are served from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds e.g. Hmong Karen Cambodian Vietnamese and African American. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working in a multi-cultural program with adults and their families using trauma informed and culturally responsive mental health service approaches. If hired as a Bilingual Staff Member interacts with clients by speaking English and another language (e.g. Hmong Karen etc.)

Licensed Mental Health Professional status is required. LICSW LMFT LPCC or LP license is required. License to practice in MN and board approval as a MN DHS supervisor is required. Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) is preferred. Experience may not be exchanged for education. Minimum of 5 years of clinical supervisory consultation and administrative experience. Experience working with SPMI and SMI adults is preferred.
