Job Description
New Albany Country Club is a prestigious private Country Club in beautiful scenic New Albany Ohio. New Albany Country Club is conveniently located just 5 minutes from 270 and 161 and 10 minutes from Easton.
Job Requirements:
- Part-time positions are available; Shifts are on weekday mornings and afternoons.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Ability to safely navigate a beverage cart around the golf course.
- Golf and/or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
Job Environment:
Enjoy being outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer weather on a unique 27-hole golf course. Dont be fooled; we live in Ohio. That beautiful sunshine can turn to a monsoon in the blink of an eye. Regardless the golf course is a place to decompress and have fun for our members and guests making this the perfect place to be in the summer time!
Job Duties:
- Work closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow procedures and protocols to ensure the entire team is set up to succeed in providing great experiences to our members!
- Consistently be available to members and guests via the beverage cart and/or Halfway House.
- Provide food and beverages to members and guests efficiently so as not to interrupt or delay pace of play.
- Ensure the proper setup breakdown and inventory of beverage carts and Halfway House stock daily.
- Maintain consistent high service standards as outlined in training.
- Display complete and comprehensive knowledge of offerings hours and procedures regarding the beverage cart Halfway House Mens Grill and golf operations.
- Follow daily opening/closing procedures complete daily checklists and execute day-to-day operations relatively independently.
- Guarantee all areas are member-ready at all times.
- Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.
- Become familiar with members names and greet them accordingly in a manner to provide a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home.
- Assist fellow team members to provide unique personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!
Pay Rate: $10.70 hour plus tips
