Job Description
Salary: Up to $5000/month Location: Onsite Dubai UAE
Product: Real-time Payment Platform Scaling to Millions of Users
What Youll Do:
- Lead or co-lead backend system design discussions and define technology stack for scalable infrastructure.
- Build robust APIs and backend services using Golang for real-time data flow and high-concurrency systems.
- Optimize database interactions across MySQL Clickhouse Redis and Elasticsearch for performance and reliability.
- Implement message-driven architectures with Kafka or RabbitMQ to support distributed event processing.
- Ensure system scalability fault tolerance and observability via Docker CI/CD Prometheus Grafana and Cloud VM infrastructure.
- Contribute to technical diagrams flow design and database modeling for high-load environments.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong experience in Golang with proven backend development skills for large-scale platforms.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems concurrency models and network protocols.
- Hands-on experience with caching message queues and real-time communication frameworks.
- System design mindset: can analyze bottlenecks scale architecture and choose the right tools for the job.
- Proficient in writing testable maintainable code and conducting technical code reviews.
- Knowledge of secure high-performance backend operations and infrastructure deployment best practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in payment systems banking platforms or crypto exchanges.
- Familiarity with latency optimization and handling multi-region deployments.
