Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals.
- Identify evaluate and manage external training partners and consultants.
Learning & Development Strategy
- Design and implement an enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with organisational vision and future capabilities.
- Establish and evolve corporate learning academies or learning frameworks
- Integrate learning with performance and succession planning processes.
Competency Mapping & Development
- Develop implement and update competency frameworks.
- Design role-based learning paths mapped to individual development plans (IDPs) and organizational needs.
Digital Learning & Platforms
- Lead digital transformation in learning through implementation of LMS e-learning modules mobile learning and gamification.
- Track and analyze digital learning effectiveness through engagement metrics and completion rates.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Execution
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) in consultation with business heads and HRBPs.
- Develop annual training calendars and deliver programs using blended learning methods.
Content Development & Facilitation
- Lead in-house content creation for technical behavioral and leadership training.
- Facilitate workshops on communication personal accountability teamwork and cultural alignment.
Learning Analytics & ROI
- Provide insights and dashboards to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field (XLRI TISS or equivalent preferred)
- Preferred Certifications in L&D Coaching Psychometric TTT NLP (as applicable)
Experience:
- 15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and/or Organisational Development
- Experience working across diverse industries such as Pharma Retail and Services preferred.
- Exposure to international or cross-cultural training environments is an advantage.
