The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Faculty of Information Technology as a Senior Student Services Officer where you will lead the coordination of our course articulation process for both domestic and international partnerships. You will be at the heart of facilitating Articulation Agreements between the University and strategic partners ensuring seamless integration and student success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a range of complex administrative tasks including reviewing and evaluation of credit articulation opportunities for the Faculty
- Providing accurate timely advice and support to students staff and external stakeholders resolving issues promptly while ensuring privacy confidentiality and regulatory compliance
- Building effective working relationships with a network of colleagues clients and other stakeholders to support and facilitate efficient service delivery
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in student services with the delivery of front line services in a pressured and complex educational environment
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently yet collaborate effectively across teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A commitment to quality service and process integrity
