Job Description

Short Term

This position serves as the Recruiting Placement and Mentor (RPM) Coordinator at the Battle Born Youth ChalleNGe Academy. Primary responsibilities are to build and maintain post-residential reports for BBYCA graduates assist in training of Cadets supervising and coordinating daily activities of five Case Managers and four Admissions Specialists to ensure that all elements of the Admissions Character Development and Post-Residential processes are carried out in accordance with program policies and procedures. This position will require frequently- scheduled in-state overnight travel. Candidates for the position must demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication skills
