Job Description
Saint Peter School seeks a dynamic and organized After School Director to lead our thriving after-school program serving K1-Grade 8 students. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the daily experience of 30-40 students in a supportive Catholic school environment.**Position Details:**- Part-time: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM M-F (165 days annually)- 5 school days per week overseeing the program excepting holidays and PD days- Additional hours for planning and coordination as needed- Reports to: Dr. Evan Kristiansen Head of School**Key Responsibilities:**- Coordinate and supervise after-school staff team (internal teachers)- Oversee daily operations of the non-club after school program- Organize schedule and book enrichment clubs and activities- Manage program enrollment attendance tracking and billing systems- Serve as primary liaison with parents regarding schedules billing and program updates- Ensure a safe engaging environment for all students- Collaborate with school administration on program development and improvements**Ideal Candidate:**- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills- Experience in after-school programs and/or elementary school settings- Comfortable with technology and billing/database systems particularly FACTS Management- Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility- Ability to build positive relationships with students parents and staff- Patient creative and energetic approach to working with children**Preferred Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Education Child Development or related field- 2 years experience in youth programming or school administration- Experience with program billing and enrollment systems- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)**Compensation**Hourly: $25-32 per hour approximately 18-22 hours per week**To Apply:**Please reply to this job posting or submit resume and cover letter to with After School Director in the subject line.
