Pay Rate: $50000 - $60000 a year based on experience (with the opportunity for raises and commission bonuses based on work quality)
Benefits:

- 401k Matching provided through VOYA. Servpro will match employee contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 4%
Summary
- Estimating jobs in the Xactimate software
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Perform final walk-through with customers
- Conduct pre-construction meeting with customers
- Provide project updates (daily narrative) to customers and client
- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans specifications local codes and requirements of the scope of work
- Set expectations on a project-by-project basis
- Maintain quality standards through site inspections
- Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased
- Ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders
- At least an amateur grasp of the Xactimate estimating software
- High school diploma/GED
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
