Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive FOD DAU and OPD from the ATLs handling clients such as Zepto BB NOW Blinkit Flipkart Nykaa etc.
Build a strong team of TLs and support ATLs in onboarding high-quality candidates.
Maintain strong relationships with the clients city operations teams to drive business growth.
Promote EV penetration across client operations.
Act as an effective people manager as the Quick Commerce business is heavily people-driven.
Candidate Requirements:
Energetic and capable of working 6 days a week.
4-5 years of relevant experience preferably in Quick Commerce companies like Blinkit Zepto Loadshare Etc.
Experience managing a team of 10-15 people.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
