About the role:
The EMEA Data and Reporting analyst will play a pivotal role in driving data strategy analytics and reporting initiatives across EMEA operational and strategic priorities. Reporting to the EMEA Strategy and Operations leader this role is responsible for managing and optimizing reporting in respect of EMEA budgets and market facing priorities delivering actionable insights that will support and enable strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data visualization and analytics a deep understanding of network financial and CRM (primarily Salesforce) systems and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This position is critical to enhancing operational efficiency of the EMEA cluster bringing a new level of transparency and insight to the clusters strategic decision-making.
What your days will look like:
Lead the development of data models simple visualization and analytics to support monitoring the delivery of the EMEA strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics tools.
Manage and execute strategic programs and projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of innovative technologies and agile methodologies.
This role is for you if:
Proficiency in network approved data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce and internal PwC finance systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
Financial acumen including experience with forecasting budgeting and performance analysis.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights.
Experience in project and program management with a structured and strategic approach to execution.
Ability to work with multiple teams at the same time to drive progress.
