Role Summary
Responsibilities for a Product Manager are Idea Generation Launching Products Product Testing Product Underwriting Etc; There is a Team with a set of Product Executives where the manager need to give Leads to them to complete the targets. Team Building is also a very important role for a product manager.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
GPW
- Achievement of GPW budget
- Score on: Target - Rs.1110 CrHome Combo-Rs.450Achievement of andgt 90% as per % achievedAchievement below 90% of budget: 0%
- Liaise with business teams to plug any system/process gaps
Loss Ratio
- Achievement of budgeted loss ratio in Overall Health and Home Combo.
- Overall Health -64%Home Combo -26%
- Review Home combo claims on periodic basis
Stakeholder interfaces
Experience
3-4 years of Experience in Health Insurance Department.
Education
- Graduate from Any Discipline.
- Preferably MBA
