YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY
- Acting as acustodian of qualityacross all brand touchpoints from our cheese and packaging to digital brand assets.
- Developing and trackingFY26/FY27 campaigns ensuring they align with our brand tone of voice and deliver on key performance indicators such as share of voice penetration and brand equity.
- Driving innovationby leading launches and co-creating a 3-year innovation pipeline informed by insights and consumer trends.
- Launching new productsand supporting chilled licensing and branded partnerships ensuring all NPD meets Cathedral Citys high-quality standards.
- Monitoring brand performance identifying opportunities and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth.
- Contributing to financial planningthrough monthly A&P forecasting and input into the annual budget process.
- Collaborating cross-functionallywith R&D packaging commercial and external partners to deliver initiatives that resonate with consumers and drive business impact.
- Supporting commercial teamswith tailored rollout plans and compelling rationale to secure and grow listings.
