JOB SUMMARY:

Were looking for a Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic POD (Points of Distribution) this role youll lead and support marketing initiatives across a group of properties managing projects from concept to execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment love collaborating across teams and have a knack for creative problem-solving wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities Project Ownership

  • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned marketing projectsfrom ideation to deployment.
  • Drive workflow through Salesforce marketing tools and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor budgets and align initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Define guest criteria and offer values with guidance from leadership.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure flawless execution and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track feedback and inputs from cross-functional teams to inform calendar planning.
  • Reconcile post-event expenses and identify areas for improvement.

Execution Support

  • Develop event and offer details in collaboration with property partners and POD leadership.
  • Manage purchase orders and contracts for event-related needs (e.g. gifts gift cards vehicles).
  • Build and maintain vendor relationshipsboth internal and external.

Marketing Communications

  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging.
  • Review and approve creative materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Proof direct mail and email campaigns before deployment.

Collaboration & Best Practices

  • Share insights and collaborate with peers across POD teams.
  • Partner with internal groups including:
    • Property Events Team
    • Direct Mail Teams
    • Analytics Audit and Studio
    • Brand and Internal Services
    • Property Marketing Leaders
    • External Vendors

Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of marketing experience preferably in the casino or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe and project management tools is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident presenting ideas and providing constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in a regulated industry.

The salary range for this position is $46000- 53000 USD which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience geography business needs and market demand.
