About the Role: This highly visible role will be critical in achieving another great year for Babybel and delivering continued growth that we have seen year on year! With your strong communication skills and ability to interact with and influence a broad range of stakeholders you will be empowered to develop and drive highly ambitious marketing programmes. Using superior consumer and market insight you will have the confidence and the authority to be creative bold and innovative in your approach to drive impactful activities. You will have a deep understanding of the Babybel brand including its brand performance metrics and will be able to identify barriers making adjustments as needed. You will champion excellence in execution through the team while working in a dynamic and enjoyable environment!
This position will report directly into the Marketing Manager ultimately to help achieve volume value and profit growth by building brand equity.
