Job Description
This Registered Nurse (RN) position requires providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to patients facing age-related frailty and serious illness. The RN will perform patient assessments administer medications develop treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. A minimum of two years of experience is required.

- Variable shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM) are available.
- Floating between units is required.
- Block scheduling may be possible per manager discretion.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- RTO (Return to Office) must be included at time of submission.
- Acute care hospital environment.
- Shift assignments and weekend requirements are not specified.
