Zelle HR Solutions is hiring for their client that has grown into one of the leading tax and advisory services firm in Northeast Nebraska serving entrepreneurs business owners and high-net worth individuals. They provide personalized advice and services designed to help clients achieve their tax and financial goals. Clients range in size from individuals to mid-size corporations and we have the resources experience and depth of knowledge to offer a wide array of services ranging from tax preparation and consulting to tailored financial plans with investment management.
As a Staff Accountant you will:
- Perform tax planning preparation of tax returns and consulting.
- Provide financial planning advice including investments retirement and estate planning.
- Assist with audit engagement services.
- Work directly with the clients attorneys taxing authority agents and other third-parties.
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player not only focused on personal growth but also growth of the team.
- Holds a CPA designation and in good standing with the State of Nebraska.
- 2-5 years work experience in a public accounting firm in the tax or audit department.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Series--Excel Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Axcess Tax Engagement and Fixed Assets Program a bonus
