Job Description
Role Overview
- Provide day-to-day support for TM1 applications used in compensation planning and PIB revenue reporting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot TM1 processes to ensure smooth BAU operations.
- Review and analyze existing TM1 code to document compensation planning workflows and logic.
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to clarify process flows and reporting requirements.
- Maintain documentation for TM1 models including business rules data flows and integration points.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within existing TM1 setups.
