Job Description
- Lead and manage federal aviation programs ensuring alignment with Client operational goals and NAS modernization strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on air traffic control systems and Client regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee program planning budgeting and execution in collaboration with federal stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on integrating emerging technologies into legacy Client systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Client leadership contractors and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with federal acquisition and program management standards.
- Former Client systems engineer with 15 years of experience in National Airspace System (NAS) operations.
- Deep understanding of Client operational requirements and air traffic control systems.
- Proven leadership in managing complex federal programs and cross-agency initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Client acquisition processes systems engineering and program lifecycle management.
