Job Description
- Candidates need to have 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proficiency in SQL and RESTful APIs is key for this requisition
- If submitting candidates with at most 8 years of relative experience please make sure they also have some experience or knowledge with APIs and Microservices.
- Business Analyst expertise Proficiency in SQL and RESTful APIs is key for this requisition. Excellent written and verbal skills Strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence) Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro).

- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries and pull reports.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (design consumption and documentation).
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear process flows SOPs and API reference guides.
- Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at presenting complex information.
- Eager to learn adapt quickly to new technologies and take ownership of documentation quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
- Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro).
