Ihre Aufgaben:
Ausarbeitung mageschneiderter Transportlsungen gem Kundenanforderung
Auftragsabwicklung
Erstellung erforderlicher Frachtpapiere
Buchung von Frachtsendungen bei Fluggesellschaften
berwachen der Lieferung
Abwickeln der Sendungen inklusive bergabe an das Luftfrachtunternehmen
.
Anforderungen:
Idealerweise 13 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Position.
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) / kaufmnnische Ausbildung Studium in Betriebswirtschaft Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil; gerne auch Schulabgnger oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).
Kundenorientiertes Denken und Problemlsungsfhigkeiten.
Organisationstalent mit einem Blick frs Detail.
Zuverlssigkeit und sorgfltige Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel Outlook) und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.
Teamplayer mit flexibel und in der Lage in einem dynamischen Umfeld Prioritten zu setzen.
Freude am Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld.
