Job Description
Love creating memorable moments Join Wt Workshops tourism team as an Experience Manager leading our crew to deliver world-class guest experiences every day.
In this role youll:
- Lead and support the team: coach and motivate hosts to bring their best.
- Champion the guest experience: ensure every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.
- Keep the operation running smoothly: coordinate rosters scheduling labour budgets and day-to-day planning.
- Support performance goals: help implement plans and monitor key results.
- Bring business events to life: coordinate with partners to deliver seamless exciting events.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic guest-facing environments and enjoys combining teamwork storytelling and operational know-how.
