Houseperson

As a vital part of the resort operations team the Houseperson plays a key role in preparing rooms for cleaning assisting with inspections after housekeeping and maintenance and helping maintain our high-quality resort standards.

As a Houseperson you will:

• Stock housekeeping carts with the right supplies and deliver them to the housekeeping team as directed.
• Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping staff and collect buckets once rooms are finished.
• Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linens from guest units promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare stock and clean unit spaces and amenitiesincluding patios patio furniture and BBQ areaswhile performing light maintenance tasks.
• Support housekeeping staff with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Take on other duties as assigned to help the team and maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays based on the resorts operational needs.
• Valid drivers license.
