Job Description

Job Title:Senior Specialist Cyber Intelligence

Job Code:25242

Job Location:Omaha Nebraska/Offutt AFB

Job Schedule: 9/80 -Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

This is a full time on site and in plant position based out of Omaha Nebraska.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare for and participate in security assessments and audits.
  • Configure various operating systems such as Windows Linux and UNIX to meet Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards and Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) requirements.
  • Develop documentation for authorization for new and existing systems in accordance with ICD JSIG or NIST; and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Utilize/maintain multiple security databases and sites including SIMS and eMASS.
  • Network Architecture with layer 3 to layer 7 switching IP address schemes for an EWAN
  • VMWARE NSX setup with micro segmentation
  • VIOP/VTC establishment using Cisco Unified Call Manager
  • Conduct vulnerability and compliance assessments against systems and networks to determine risk posture.
  • Review electronic and manual audit logs and investigate any anomalies or security incidents.
  • Assist in security investigations and incident response.
  • Develop information security training materials and processes as well as train general and privileged users on computing security processes policies and procedures.
  • Remain informed of evolving security requirements.
  • Respond to Security issues.
  • Coordinate with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and Security Control Assessor (SCA) on system security compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Minimum of Security certification is required

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Previous experience with RMF as Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) or InformationSystems Security Officer (ISSO)
  • Experience as a System Administrator
  • Experience with ICD JSIG NIST
  • Network CCNA CISSP RHCSA Certifications
  • 2 years direct and relevant experience with Information Security and Cyber Intelligence.
  • 2 years direct experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • IAM Level1 or higher compliant certification(Security)
  • Current and active Top Secret security clearance with poly
