We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Associate Impact to support the measurement and evaluation strategy of impactful programs in Brazil. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data integrity operational efficiency and the successful execution of monitoring and evaluation processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to tell stories of change enjoys working in cross-functional teams and is motivated to contribute to large-scale social impact.
Operational Excellence & Data Management
Support the development and maintenance of frameworks for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage and update program data dashboards ensuring accuracy and easy access to insights.
Work collaboratively with data teams to ensure high standards of data integrity.
Ensure timely documentation and availability of impact data for reporting and decision-making.
Strategy Execution Support
Collaborate with program and impact teams to design and execute impact measurement plans.
Contribute to reflection sessions and learning reviews by providing data-backed insights.
Facilitate the integration of learnings into ongoing program and product improvements.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in consulting startups social enterprises or a similar dynamic environment.
Strong skills in data management and analysis with the ability to generate actionable insights.
Operational mindset with attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
Proficient in digital tools and comfortable working in data-centric environments.
Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively across diverse and multicultural teams.
Previous experience in skilling education or startup ecosystems.
Exposure to impact measurement program evaluation or monitoring frameworks.
You are adaptable organized and can juggle multiple priorities.
You value accuracy and clarity in data and communication.
You thrive in remote environments and bring energy to virtual collaboration.
