Accelerate your career in marketing with our Digital Marketing Rotational Program a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This 24-month direct-hire program offers two dynamic rotations across areas such as Marketing Technology Marketing Measurement Demand Generation and Strategy & Planning. Youll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics and strategic planning while building a strong foundation in marketing innovation and performance. As part of GRO youll join a vibrant community of peers benefit from professional development events mentorship and leadership exposure and be empowered to grow into a future-ready marketing leader.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of high-impact digital programs and marketing technology implementations including web digital media analytics and more.
- Optimize digital storefronts to drive revenue growth through personalized experiences collaborating with global marketing and technology teams.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to uncover actionable insights and tell compelling stories through data.
- Partner with global stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities and develop action plans that drive superior marketing performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing Business Administration Commerce (or a related discipline) with an expected graduation in 2026.
- Familiarity with marketing technology and business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing analytics or social media strategies.
- Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Self-starter and collaborative team player with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to gather synthesize and present information effectively.

Salary range is expected to be between
$53775.00 CAD - $89625.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
