Job Title: Project Executive - Healthcare Construction
Location: Houston TX
Position Overview:
Our electrical construction client is seeking a highly experienced Project Executive specializing in healthcare construction to lead large-scale projects in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing healthcare construction projects exceeding $50 million with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality safety and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through completion ensuring project goals timelines and budgets are met.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
- Team Oversight: Lead and mentor project teams including Senior Project Managers Project Engineers and field personnel.
- Budget & Financial Management: Manage project financials including budgets cost control and profitability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure project compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project execution plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction meets client expectations code compliance and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Project Scale: Proven ability to manage projects valued at $50M.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction including hospital infrastructure medical facilities and other healthcare-specific compliance requirements.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Leadership: Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard project management software and tools.
