Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for coordinating and administrating sales opportunities for Mikros Technologies. This role will serve as a laison between external and internal clients Mikros Technologies Business Engineering and Manufacturing Teams and Jabil Sales Project Management Manufacturing and Operations teams. This role will be onsite in-person at Mikros Technologies office in Claremont NH.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for responding to new client inquiries and cultivating strong business relationships
Responsible for coordinating and occassionally leading customer engagement meetings
Responsible for coordinating with Mikros Technologies and Jabil teams to qualify projects
Responsible for timely communication and quoting of projects to clients
Responsible for tracking and entering orders into sales software systems
Assist with Mikros Technologies and Jabil marketing efforts and co-branding opportunities with clients.

Strong verbal written and presentation skills
Ability to present complex technical topics understandably
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to influence co-workers towards shared goals
Ability to effectively support business negotiations
Excellent time management skills and follow-through
Strong prioritization skills and commitment to reliability
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree or equivalent (technical field preferred)
Previous Sales or Client Engagement Experience strongly preferred
Experience in a Technical Hardware field preferred
