Job Description
- Manage end-to-end project delivery
- Collaborate closely with the ustomer and team to elicit clarify and document business and functional requirements (e.g. user stories acceptance criteria feature specifications)
- Translate business needs into structured documentation and ensure a shared understanding across the team
- Organize and facilitate estimation sessions especially for critical features
- Analyze and address delivery risks: identify plan responses act on issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement through regular process reviews and productivity analysis
- Ensure that critical delivery processes are followed to minimize downtime and maintain a high-quality trend
- Contribute to roadmap and timeline planning including coordination across streams if needed
- Track and manage change requests throughout the delivery cycle
- Prepare internal project reports (weekly and monthly updates on progress blockers and achievements)
- Lead or participate in brainstorming sessions for new Customer requests
- Maintain healthy communication with team members support motivation and team alignment
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team on upcoming staffing needs (optional if relevant)
Qualifications :
- At least 4 years of commercial experience
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodology tools and techniques
- High proficiency in collaborating with stakeholders end-users business partners and tech teams
- Strong risk management skills
- Strong tactical planning and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
- Strong change management skills
- Strong analytical and business requirements gathering skills
- Ability to elicit document analyze and validate business needs directly from stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories and specifications
- Ability to build rapport even during interviews
- Ability to see an opportunity rather than an issue in all situations
- Advanced level of English
