Your role in the journey
As a Meeting & Events Sales Specialist youll be the key contact for potential group bookings and events. Youll guide guests from first contact to final contract ensuring every detail is aligned with their vision. Your responsibilities include:
- Composing tailored quotations based on guest wishes.
- Conducting site inspections and building lasting relationships.
- Negotiating contracts pricing and terms with confidence.
- Maximizing revenue through strategic up- and cross-selling.
- Managing correspondence contracts invoices and payments.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
