You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Outlet Manager of the All Day Dining outlet you will be responsible for leading daily operations to ensure profitability guest satisfaction and team performance. Your core duties include achieving business targets accurately forecasting business demands and collaborating with management to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. You will ensure optimal staffing through updated manning schedules uphold high safety and sanitation standards and oversee preventative maintenance. Through a hands-on leadership approach you will motivate and guide the team manage performance identify training needs and deliver impactful training programs. Your focus will be on developing team members to achieve excellence and progress in their careers while consistently delivering a superior dining experience.
Qualifications :
College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
Passion for leadership and teamwork.
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
Excellent guest service skills.
