The Implementation Project Manager leads implementations for small to large scale partners. The Implementation Project Manager maintains positive client relations and manages projects to completion. They are responsible for developing and managing project plan tasks timelines milestones and deadlines as well as coordinating work with functional area leaders and monitoring and reporting on project status and issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess/evaluate client needs for initial scope of project and determine project plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up client responsiveness and thorough communication.
- Manage client expectations and cultivate the client relationship through implementation and stabilization.
- Assist other team members with client engagements when appropriate.
- Coordinate and respond to client issues.
- Responsible to managing to scope outlined in SOW and escalating scope creep as identified.
- Develop and manage project plan tasks timelines milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate work with functional area leaders & work stream owners. Monitoring and reporting on project status and issues.
- Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client and project manage the implementation of a new partnership.
- Responsible for providing clients with implementation plans which include project schedules work plans risk analysis communications documents training plans etc.
- Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the client. Assist team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new process rollouts.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress.
- Where required support with process and change management activities including conducing discovery sessions process mapping
- Where required communicate business requirements to the Technology SME for them to configure systems to align to requirements identified related to processes workflows and reporting remaining focused on our continued differentiation of our operating model scalability and efficiencies.
- Create materials (Standard Operating Procedures FAQ etc.) in support of the future state processes and change management for both internal and external impacted stakeholders.
- Lead in training the team and hiring managers in the new experience and process.
- Where required support with process and change management activities and additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience:
- 3 years experience in talent acquisition HR or related are (Required)
- Previous experience in Project Management (Required)
- General knowledge of recruitment industry and RPO (Required)
Exposure:
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast- paced environment (Required)
- Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy as well as a keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage Implementations (Required)
- Demonstrate previous project management and leadership experience with a strong process focus exceptional interpersonal and technology skills. (Required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and other project management software (Required)
- PMP or equivalent professional accreditation (Preferred)
- Strong relationship and influencing skills high emotional intelligence (Required)
- Articulate and ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels (Required)
