Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Operations team is looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help support the success of our hiring goals across the US and beyond. You will schedule a high volume of interviews for teams around the world working with Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver a seamless experience to both candidates and hiring teams. We are looking for someone who loves organization and process and communicates well as the face of the company to candidates.

This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 2-3 days per week. You will report to the Team Lead Talent Coordinator.

Youll Get To

• Coordinate a high volume of video phone and onsite interviews for a diverse set of candidates across multiple time zones
• Champion data integrity through our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and interview scheduling tool ()
• Collaborate with TA Partners and other Talent Coordinators on managing recurring tasks and projects e.g. interviewer calibration
• Build relationships with teams across the company and seek improvement and implement interview process changes across departments
• Provide a positive and unique candidate experience from the first interview schedule to offer
• Partner with TA Operations Leads on strategic projects to improve the Recruiting process
• Support the Talent Acquisition team by managing pieces of other tasks such as: audit and compliance documentation

Cash Compensation Range: $64500- $103500 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills experience and location among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and where applicable for eligible roles may include on-target commissions or overtime pay) Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
