About the Role
- Process Operative
- 35075.04
- 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern 12-hour shifts days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.
- Permanent
As a Process Operative you will be part of a supportive team working with colleagues who will help you settle in find your way around and show you the ropes.
Your main tasks and duties will be:
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

About You
For the role of Process Operative we are looking for:
- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learn new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.
- Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
- Have previous experience of working within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
