About ANGLE:

ANGLE is a world-leading liquid biopsy company commercialising a patent protected platform technology that can capture rare circulating tumour cells (CTCs) from blood in a minimally invasive way for downstream analysis.

ANGLEs Parsortix system is FDA cleared for its intended use in metastatic breast cancer and is currently the first and only FDA cleared medical device to harvest intact circulating cancer cells from blood. Parsortix technology comprises a microfluidic device that captures CTCs from blood based on their size and compressibility. CTCs are cancer cells that have detached from the primary tumour and entered the blood circulation and they play a critical role in initiating metastasis. Once harvested the CTCs can be comprehensively analysed to provide a wealth of information about the patients tumour advancing cancer research and potentially personalized medicine. This technology has the potential to deliver profound improvements in clinical and health economic outcomes.

ANGLE has established a CTC harvest and analysis service from our UK-based Clinical Laboratory based in Guildford for customers worldwide. In alignment with company priorities we plan to rapidly expand our services to include molecular profiling of CTCs and ctDNA using digital PCR and NGS to add to our image-based assays.

This is an exciting time at ANGLE and ourteam inGuildfordare looking for a Warehouse Operator. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes processing deliveries managing stock movements and inventory control as well as ensuring the safe handling storage and dispatch of goods. The role plays a critical part in ensuring that products are received stored and dispatched accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining high safety standards and operational efficiency.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Receive and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders ensuring that goods are accurate complete and free from damage.
• Ensure that all goods received are accurately recorded and correctly labelled before being moved to the warehouse or collected.
• Move and store goods manually or using equipment placing them in designated storage locations within the warehouse.
• Manage material requisitions and returns from internal departments ensuring requested stock is picked and ready for timely delivery or collection.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch ensuring correct shipping labels are applied and necessary checks are completed for on-time collection.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements in the warehouse management system.
• Carrying out stock counts as and when required including periodic stock take.
• Load and unload deliveries manually or with appropriate equipment ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Perform deliveries between ANGLE sites in the Guildford Research Park either by driving a van or on foot in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Ensure all goods stored in the warehouse are controlled well-maintained clearly identifiable and stored in a safe efficient way.
• Keep the warehouse clean ensure aisles and work areas are always clear and accessible.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Attributes:

• GCSE or equivalent; further education or certifications in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
• Good computer skills particularly good in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to pick lift and move goods of varying weights and sizes
• A full drivers licence is required.

• Previous experience in a warehouse is preferred.
• Good organisational skills and methodical attention to detail and data integrity.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
• Continuous learner with a keen appetite for cross-disciplinary work.

• A flexible can-do approach to the requirements of the job.

Job Requirements:

Due to the nature of the role our requirement is for this position to be Guildford based office hours five days per week.
