Job Title: Admission Associate for Middle School
Location: Friends School of Baltimore - Baltimore MD 21210
Reports To: Director of Enrollment Management
Position Type: Full Time
Pay range $25 - $28
Friends School is a Quaker co-educational college preparatory school Pre-K through Grade 12 in Baltimore City enrolling 803 students 44% of whom identify as children of color. Position Overview: This position will work closely with the Director of Enrollment Management to oversee the day-to-day work of the Admission Office and assist with the financial aid program. This role is a full-time 12-month position. The Associate will also be directly responsible for the admission process for all prospective Grades 6-8 families.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; experience in admissions or school life work is desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexibility and team player
Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
A genuine desire to be a part of the Friends community
Fluency in cultural competency and inclusive practices
Support of Quaker education and inclusive community-building efforts
