The Stores area creates the technical basis for efficient store processes by using the latest technologies. Our processes are increasingly moving to mobile devices to provide store associates with the most up-to-date hardware and software support. To facilitate this strategic focus we are continually expanding our current team of experts. The Stores Administration Product Line is responsible for ensuring a functional and resilient IT infrastructure in all ALDI SOUTH stores worldwide and is constantly improving our IT capabilities.
Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Driving an agile testing approach in order to create a tested high-quality product increment during sprints
- Ensuring the quality and validation of implemented functional and non-functional requirements
- Providing input on testing capacity forecasts effort and duration as well as specific requirements for the testing activities
- Ensuring that adequate test methods test cases and test data requirements are defined in order to validate the functionality of a product/service during sprints
- Carrying out relevant analyses documenting test results and issues
- Participating in regular product team events in order to shape the testing scope and activities early on in the refinement process ensuring a regular feedback loop with developers
- Identifying improvements and best practices sharing these proactively within the product team and testing community
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Extensive experience in software testing and operations processes (e.g. ITIL)
- In-depth knowledge of test concepts test types approaches tools and methodologies experience applying these in agile environments
- Good skills in software development test development and test automation
- Agile mindset experience using agile testing practices to validate developments during sprints
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills ability to work on tight deadlines
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
