Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality assurance engineer for research & new technologies (F/M) to join our Quality Engineering Team based in Toulouse France.

You will directly interact with Engineering & Technology teams (e.g R&T Demonstrators & Engineering teams) as well as with Airbus Quality community. Your role will also enable to prepare the future Quality Management System that carries Airbus into the next generation aircrafts.
Your mission will be at the center of the Engineering Quality System and interface with Airbus large digital platforms which allows you key insights into the processes & challenges on the path towards the most advanced Engineering Quality Assurance System for the Engineering Organisation.

Your challenges :

Assuring that all Business requirements and the process maturity criteria are fulfilled by the Process
Supporting proactively the Process Management Team to set up the Process referential and to improve the Process maturity
Ensuring the process is fully described according to Airbus requirements allowing its application across Airbus and the Risks & Opportunities associated are managed.
Ensuring that a Surveillance of process is done & outcomes are managed
Ensure Operational Process adherence deployment and effectiveness
Ensure effective operational feedback loops within R&T teams & quality network
Contribution to key meetings as a panel member including contribution to milestones preparation
Support for Risks & Opportunities management
Act as quality advisor for R&T projects on demand upon request of R&T community
Lead project management initiatives in transnational & multifunctional teams
Deploy communication plan for Engineering quality footprint within R&T community

Your boarding pass :

Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
Coordination / Project Management skills
Knowledge of quality assurance & standards including in R&T
Strong experience in engineering R&T or demonstrators
Knowledge of propulsion systems technologies
Knowledge of DOA/POA principles
Knowledge of process management and/or Airbus Business management System (BMS)
Language: French & English (written & spoken)
