Your role as Sales Development Representative:

At WorkJam were transforming the way frontline workforces thriveand we need bold sharp and tenacious Sales Development Representatives who can both open doors and win business to drive our continued expansion and impact.

Youll still break into new accounts but youll also run discovery calls deliver product demos to SMB/mid-market prospects negotiate terms and close smaller opportunities yourselfwhile partnering with Account Executives on larger enterprise deals. If you thrive on proactive outreach embrace change with curiosity and determination and stay focused on delivering revenue this opportunity is for you.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Own the full outbound pipeline of strategic prospectsretail hospitality healthcare manufacturing logistics warehousing and field servicesguiding them from Who are you to signed agreement or qualified enterprise hand-off.
  • Use cutting-edge sales tools and AI platforms to work warm leads as well as outreach via email phone and social channelstechnology fuels your hustle but your deal-closing instincts seal the win.
  • Pitch with precision. Craft personalized messaging that resonates from frontline ops to the C-suite.
  • Run discovery deliver live/virtual demos and negotiate deals within your closing band
  • Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline in Salesforce tracking every stage from first touch to closed-won.
  • Consistently hit monthly pipeline and revenue targets through resilience tenacity and a strong work ethic.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing and product to continuously improve outreach buyer engagement and deal strategy.


What You Bring:

  • 2-3 years in outbound SaaS sales with proven closing experience (SDR or SMB AE)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skillsyou can break through inbox noise and negotiate like a pro
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator and virtual-demo tools
  • Highly organized self-motivated and comfortable owning monthly KPIs and quarterly revenue quotas
  • Coachable collaborative and curiousyou take feedback and run with it
  • Experience selling into enterprise or frontline workforce industries is an asset
  • This position is located at our Montral office; on-site presence is required five days a week for collaboration and team engagement.

Votre rle en tant que Reprsentant(e) en Dveloppement des Ventes :
Chez WorkJam nous transformons la faon dont les forces de travail de premire ligne prosprent et nous avons besoin de Reprsentants(es) en Dveloppement des Ventes audacieux(ses) perspicaces et tenaces capables la fois douvrir des portes et de conclure des affaires afin de stimuler notre expansion et notre impact continus.


Vous continuerez pntrer de nouveaux comptes mais vous dirigerez galement des appels de dcouverte prsenterez des dmonstrations de produits aux prospects des PME/march intermdiaire ngocierez les conditions et conclurez vous-mme des opportunits de moindre envergure tout en collaborant avec les directeurs de comptes sur les transactions dentreprise plus importantes. Si vous excellez dans la prospection proactive que vous abordez le changement avec curiosit et dtermination et que vous restez concentr(e) sur la gnration de revenus cette opportunit est pour vous.
