St John of God Health Care offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience by joining our team as a casual Human Resources Assistant for our critical Payroll Compliance Project. This role isnt just administrative support; its your chance to contribute to a project that will shape our organisations future and enhance our compliance frameworks.
The Project is to ensure robust governance and compliance with all of St John of God Health Cares industrial instruments. Youll be part of a team integrating key systems Payroll Rostering Time & Attendance (RTA) and our HRIS platform (Workday) and aligning associated processes. Your vital administrative support particularly in reviewing workforce-related documentation will be key to the projects success.
The Position
You will be a motivated and proactive individual with a solid foundation in administrative support and possess well-developed written verbal and interpersonal communication skills along with strong planning and organisational abilities. A proven ability to multitask manage competing priorities and meet deadlines and proficiency in Microsoft programs is essential for this role. If youre a recent graduate or student in HR/IR this role is perfect for you to gain practical experience.
