The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire an Executive Secretary II located in Elgin Illinois. Performs administrative secretarial work for the DBHR Associate Director of Hospital Operations and other designated administrative/professional staff. Plans and performs complex administrative work including substantial word processing activity and complex and confidential materials involving facility-wide program policies investigative reports confidential labor relations issues and highly sensitive and confidential materials. Serves as receptionist. Acts as resource to other staff in the DBHR Associate Directors Office. Coordinates and schedules meetings/appointments and travel plans for Associate Director and other designated staff.
